Bill Schneider, a leading US political analyst, is a professor at the Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University. He has been a visiting professor at UCLA, Brandeis University, and Boston College. He is the author of Standoff and coauthor, with Seymour Martin Lipset, of The Confidence Gap. Stephen Roach is a Senior Fellow at Yale University’s Jackson Institute of Global Affairs and a Senior Lecturer at Yale’s School of Management. He was formerly Chairman of Morgan Stanley Asia and the firm’s Chief Economist for the bulk of his 30-year career at Morgan Stanley, heading up a highly regarded team of economists around the world. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 1982, Roach served on the research staff of the Federal Reserve Board and was also a research fellow at the Brookings Institution. Roach’s current teaching and research program focuses on the impacts of Asia on the broader global economy. (1)

Roach has long been one of Wall Street’s most influential economists. His work has appeared in academic journals, books, congressional testimony and has been disseminated widely in the domestic and international media. Roach’s opinions on the global economy have been known to shape the policy debate from Beijing to Washington. (1)

Mark Green currently hosts the nationally syndicated weekend radio program, Both Sides Now, and writes a weekly column for the Huffington Post. He was previously a public interest lawyer, working with Ralph Nader from 1970 to 1980, ultimately as director of Public Citizen's Congress Watch. He founded and ran The Democracy Project in NYC from 1981 to 2014. Green served for 11 years in citywide offices, first as the Commissioner of Consumer Affairs under Mayor David Dinkins (1990 to 1993); then as the twice-elected Public Advocate (1993 and 1997), before narrowly losing the mayorality to Michael Bloomberg in 2001. James Fulton Hoge Jr. was the editor of Foreign Affairs and was the Peter G. Peterson Chair at the Council on Foreign Relations. Hoge is currently a senior advisor in Teneo's intelligence division. (1)

Hoge was editor in chief of the Chicago Sun-Times and served concurrently as editor in chief of the Sun-Times's sister publication, the Chicago Daily News. He was later appointed president and publisher of the New York Daily News. The Sun-Times won six Pulitzer Prizes during his tenure there, and the Daily News won one during his presidency. (1)

Komen for the Cure Advocacy Alliance. Silda Wall Spitzer is a prominent businesswoman, lawyer, and former first lady of New York State. Currently, she is director and principal at NewWorld Capital Group, a private equity firm investing in environmental opportunities, including energy efficiency, clean energy, waste-to-value, and environmental products. She is also co-founder and CEO of New York Makers, the first digital marketplace and magazine for the state curating it’s best and most interesting makers, products, happenings, places, and ideas.

As First Lady of New York State, she worked to support the Administration’s goal to significantly reduce fossil energy consumption. She spearheaded initiatives to promote green buildings, alternative energy, and local food sourcing. Her "I LIVE NY" program engaged constituents to create livable communities and sustainable jobs.

Spitzer’s current environmentally-related nonprofit endeavors include serving as Vice Chair of the Urban Green Council, the New York Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), which advances sustainability in the urban built environment. She is also on the Advisory Board of The Sustainable Endowments Institute, and is a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the Economic Club of New York, and the New York State and City Bar Associations, Silda holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA summa cum laude and an Honorary Doctorate from Meredith College.

Teresa Shook is a retired lawyer in Hawaii and the founder of the Women's March. Shook created a Facebook event for a march in Washington, D. C. following the inauguration of Donald Trump. Within a single day, hundreds of thousands of individuals were "attending" the march's Facebook event. This surge in interest was a catalyst for creating the organization that led to the 2017 Women's March. (1)

In November 2018, Shook criticized the leadership of the Women’s March national organization as being “anti-Semitic and anti-gay rights”. Shook called for the Women’s March leadership to step down. (1)

He is a former professor and Dean at the University of California, Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism. John Lewis has dedicated his life to protecting human rights, securing civil liberties, and building what he calls "The Beloved Community” in America. (1)

During the height of the Movement, from 1963 to 1966, Lewis was named Chairman of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee (SNCC), which he helped form. SNCC was largely responsible for organizing student activism in the Movement, including sit-ins and other activities. By 1963, he was dubbed one of the Big Six leaders of the Civil Rights Movement. At the age of 23, he was an architect of and a keynote speaker at the historic March on Washington in August 1963. Lewis went on to become the Director of the Voter Education Project (VEP). In 1977, John Lewis was appointed by President Jimmy Carter to direct more than 250,000 volunteers of ACTION, the federal volunteer agency. (1)

He was elected to Congress in November 1986 and has served as U.S. Representative of Georgia's Fifth Congressional District since then. He is Senior Chief Deputy Whip for the Democratic Party in leadership in the House, a member of the House Ways & Means Committee, a member of its Subcommittee on Income Security and Family Support, and Ranking Member of its Subcommittee on Oversight.
